My hometown is Eugene, Oregon. I taught English for eight years, and four of those years I spent teaching at an international school in Chengdu, China. After we returned to the States from China in 2016, my husband and I had a baby. I am now enjoying raising her at home. I love living in the Pacific Northwest! I love hiking and exploring nature. After traveling to many places in the world, I can honestly say that Oregon is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world. I miss my overseas travels and my international students, but my husband and I are enjoying time with family here in Eugene, and we love seeing our daughter near her cousins. I also really miss being in the classroom; however I enjoy working with students one on one, and tutoring allows me to spend quality time with my own child.
