Experience

I have been a teaching assistant at the University of Washington for the past 5 years. I was required to spend time each week tutoring students in a 'study center' as part of my TA position. I've taken math through differential equations, a large number of chemistry courses, physiology, pharmacology, anatomy, biochemistry, histology, horticulture, microeconomics, a full year of college biology and a number of writing classes. I would like to be a tutor because I believe that I can be of great assistance to people having trouble with my subjects of expertise. I have seen many successes tutoring people in the past. I really enjoy helping people and would like to make a little bit of money as I search for a job doing research.
