| Experience: | Well, I haven't tutored before (except for my younger sister), however it's something I've long been interested in, and seems like just the kind of thing I could have used midway through Highschool. I now have the time and hopefully the knowledge to give it a try. Besides, who doesn't want the rush of having someone coming to you for answers?
I did well in several AP tests (History, Lit., composition) as well as on the SAT's (2120), but not without an unreasonable amount of stress and heartbreak. I'd love to help others wade through the lame ocean of standardized tests with a little more confidence and direction than I had.
My educational background is stronger on history, english, language, literature, philosophy etc. than it is on high-level mathematics. I have experience up through calculus, but it's not my strength. My current college focus is in international relations and Arabic - I couldn't list Arabic on the basic info page, but If you need a tutor in that language...-. |
